Synopsis:

Requiring a recipient of public funding to file a job quality disclosure form with the Commissioner of Labor and Industry by May 1 each year; specifying the information to be provided on a job quality disclosure form; requiring the Commissioner to send a notice by a specified date to State programs or units of State government regarding recipients of public funding that have failed to file a job quality disclosure form; etc.
