Requiring the Department of Agriculture to conduct an integrated pest management program to eliminate specified mosquitos; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Department of the Environment, and Department of Agriculture to document specified health threats and infected insects; requiring the Departments to identify specified devices and pesticides for mosquito prevention and control; etc.
