Synopsis:

Requiring a regulated lobbyist to file a report with the State Ethics Commission disclosing any business transactions involving the exchange of value of $1,000 or more for a single transaction or of $5,000 or more for a series of transactions between the regulated lobbyist and specified individuals and business entities, including a member of the General Assembly, the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Attorney General, the Secretary of State, the Comptroller of the Treasury, the State Treasurer, and others.
