Synopsis:

Authorizing a court in an ex parte proceeding for relief from abuse to order the respondent to surrender particular firearms under specified circumstances; authorizing a court in an ex parte proceeding to order the respondent to refrain from possessing any firearms under specified circumstances; requiring a law enforcement officer to provide specified information to a respondent when a firearm is surrendered and to provide for the safe storage of the firearm; etc.
