Synopsis:

Requiring specified secondhand precious metal object dealers and pawnbrokers to take digital color photographs of individuals and items involved in business transactions required to be recorded in writing; requiring the records of the dealers and pawnbrokers to include specified photographs; requiring the dealers and pawnbrokers to submit to law enforcement units specified photographs and information as digital images; etc.
