Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Racing Facility Redevelopment Program; authorizing the Maryland Economic Development Corporation to issue bonds under specified circumstances; authorizing the Racing Commission and the Corporation to deny the issuance of specified bonds under specified circumstances; altering the allocation of amounts bet on thoroughbred and harness races; altering the termination provision relating to the allocation of specified amounts bet on thoroughbred and harness races; etc.
