Charles County - Assessment of Planned Development Land in Priority Funding Area

Synopsis:

Providing that in Charles County special provisions for assessment of land located in specified planned development areas do not apply to land in an area designated by the governing body of Charles County as a priority funding area under the State priority funding areas law; requiring that an increase in Charles County property tax revenues be separately accounted for and used to provide for programs to enhance the quality of life in the St. Charles community; etc.
