Crimes - Falsified Identification Cards

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from fraudulently selling, issuing, offering for sale, or distributing any falsified license, identification card, or other personal identification issued by a State agency; and increasing from 2 to 3 years the term of imprisonment that may be imposed for a violation of specified provisions of law relating to identification cards and documents.
