Employees' Retirement and Pension Systems - Participating Employers - Reemployment of Retirees

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance specified retirees of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System who are reemployed by participating governmental units; and repealing the requirement that participating governmental units provide certification to the State Retirement Agency with respect to reemployed retirees.
