Wiretap and Electronic Surveillance - Terrorist Organizations

Synopsis:

Adding offenses committed by or on behalf of an organization designated as an international terrorist organization or engaged in terrorist activity under federal law to those crimes for which evidence may be gathered by interception of oral, wire, or electronic communications and for which specified persons may apply to a judge for an order authorizing the interception of oral, wire, or electronic communications; and making the Act an emergency measure.
