Commercial Law - Artisan's Lien - Notice Requirements for Prepaid Goods

Synopsis:

Authorizing a dry cleaner or launderer to dispose of goods, for which the owner has prepaid the costs of the work done, by donating the goods to specified tax-exempt organizations under specified circumstances; requiring a dry cleaner or launderer to give specified notice to owners of dry-cleaned or laundered goods under specified circumstances; etc.
