Public Safety - DNA Testing - Felony Convictions

Synopsis:

Altering provisions of law relating to DNA testing of specified persons convicted of specified crimes of violence by providing that any person convicted of a felony on or before October 1, 2002 shall submit a DNA sample to the Department of State Police; providing for retroactive application of the Act; making specified conforming changes; and generally relating to DNA testing.
