Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from requesting or requiring that an individual provide the person the individual's Social Security number, from selling or purchasing the Social Security number of an individual, or from refusing to do business with an individual because the individual has refused to provide the person the individual's Social Security number; providing an exception to the prohibitions relating to an individual's Social Security number; providing for a delayed effective date; etc.
