Motor Vehicle Administration - Identification Cards

Synopsis:

Providing that specified identification cards issued without payment of a fee by the Motor Vehicle Administration to specified individuals do not expire; and altering a provision of law to provide that an identification card may be reissued upon expiration under specified circumstances.
