Vehicle Laws - Parking Citations - Late Fees and Notification

Synopsis:

Prohibiting State agencies and political subdivisions that issue parking citations from imposing late fees in connection with parking citations not timely paid until the payment is more than 30 days late; prohibiting State agencies and political subdivisions from notifying the Motor Vehicle Administration that a parking citation has not been paid until the payment is more than 60 days late; etc.
