Requiring specified crematories to obtain a permit from the Office of Cemetery Oversight before the crematories may be used for the cremation of human remains; requiring specified individuals to register with the Office before operating a crematory; requiring specified crematories to obtain a license from the State Board of Morticians before the crematories may be used for the cremation of human remains; requiring specified individuals to obtain a license from the Board before operating a crematory; etc.
