Unemployment Insurance - Coverage - Victims of Domestic Violence

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation from charging specified unemployment insurance benefits to an employer's account; prohibiting the release of specified information unless specified consent is given requiring an individual to submit to the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation specified information under specified circumstances; requiring the Secretary to consider whether an individual has sought specified work in determining whether the individual is actively seeking work; etc.
