Entitled:
Income Tax - Credit for Retrofitting Home for Individuals with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Allowing individuals whose income does not exceed a specified amount to claim a State income tax credit for a maximum amount of $500 for costs incurred to retrofit a residence with specified accessibility features for individuals with disabilities; limiting the total amount of the credits that the Department of Housing and Community Development may approve; requiring the Department to approve a prorated credit for each applicant if the total amount applied for exceeded the allowed maximum; etc.
