Controlled Dangerous Substance Crimes - Drug Treatment

Synopsis:

Establishing that a person convicted of specified controlled dangerous substance crimes shall receive probation if the person, at the time of the arrest that leads to the conviction, tests positive for one controlled dangerous substance involved in the crime; establishing that participation in and completion of a specified drug treatment program shall be a condition of probation; providing for a specified exception for specified persons; etc.
