Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to maintain with the vehicle records, for each vehicle inspected under the vehicle emissions control program, the date of each inspection and test and the results of each inspection and test indicating whether the vehicle passed or failed the vehicle emissions inspection.
