Teachers' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retired Personnel - Reading Specialists

Synopsis:

Exempting from a retirement allowance offset retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are reemployed as reading specialists and meet specified requirements; requiring the county boards of education to provide information to the State Retirement Agency about retirees who are eligible for the exemption; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt specified regulations; and providing for the termination of the Act.
