Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $750,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Everyman Theatre, Inc. for the acquisition of property located at 1400 Eastern Avenue and 415-419 South Eden Street in Baltimore; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund in the amount of $550,000; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey a certain easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
