Synopsis:

Adding assisted living services to the Oversight Committee on Quality of Care in Nursing Homes; adding a representative from the Mid Atlantic Life Span Association to the Committee; requiring the Committee to evaluate regulations on assisted living services; requiring the Committee to make recommendations to improve quality of care by a specified date; etc.
