Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of Antioch Baptist Church for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a facility to provide before and after school care for area children, career training for Welfare to Work Program participants, and for other community events, meetings, and affairs, to be located in Upper Marlboro; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a matching fund requirement; etc.
