Establishing the Pilot Program for Tobacco Cessation Services for Individuals with Mental Disorders; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to administer the Pilot Program through the Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Program; requiring the Pilot Program to provide specified targeted tobacco addiction treatment services to individuals with mental disorders; requiring the Pilot Program to accept specified individuals; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
