Altering the qualifications for licensure as a journey plumber to include an individual who successfully completes a specified apprentice training program in plumbing; authorizing the State Board of Plumbing to issue a journey plumber license without examination to an individual who completes a specified apprentice training program in plumbing; establishing a specified fee; etc.
