Synopsis:

Transferring specified functions related to the enforcement of aquaculture requirements and prohibitions from the Department of Natural Resources to the Department of Agriculture by July 1, 2003; transferring responsibility for specified aquaculture education programs from the University of Maryland to the Department of Agriculture by July 1, 2003; requiring the completion of specified fund transfers by July 1, 2003; etc.
