Synopsis:

Establishing specified standards by which each hospital may grant clinical and admitting privileges to specified certified nurse midwives; prohibiting a hospital from denying a certified nurse midwife's application for specified privileges on the basis of specified credentials; requiring that due process rights be granted to certified nurse midwives by hospitals; etc.
