Synopsis:

Requiring that reports by a candidate or political committee of a contribution in the amount of $251 or more, or two or more contributions that cumulatively meet or exceed an amount of $251, shall include the full name, mailing address, and, if applicable, the occupation and employer of the contributor; etc.
