Synopsis:

Requiring an employer or its insurer to accept the uniform claims form; requiring an employer or its insurer to comply with clean claim regulations; prohibiting an employer or its insurer from requiring modification of the clean claim form or requiring other forms; and requiring accrued interest to be paid to a health care provider without an additional claim being filed.
