Requiring at least one member of the Baltimore City School Police Force to be posted, during school hours, at each public elementary and secondary school located in Baltimore City; requiring Baltimore City school police officers to operate metal detectors and police scanners at the primary entrance of all public elementary and secondary schools in Baltimore City; etc.
