Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Oxford Museum, Inc. for renovation and expansion of the Oxford Museum located at 101 South Morris Street, Oxford, Maryland; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the Board of Directors of the Oxford Museum, Inc. to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
