Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Youth Corps; authorizing the Secretary of each Department to enroll specified individuals in the Corps under specified circumstances; authorizing a specified Secretary to utilize the Corps in a specified manner under specified circumstances; requiring a Secretary to give preference to specified projects; requiring a specified Secretary to provide a reasonable living allowance under specified circumstances; prohibiting a Secretary from replacing State employees with members of the Corps; etc.
