Real Property - Ground Rents - Reimbursement of Expenses

Synopsis:

Providing that a holder of a ground rent is entitled to reimbursement for specified expenses incurred in complying with notice requirements, including reasonable attorney's fees up to $200, and expenses related to filing an ejectment action; limiting the expenses a holder of a ground rent is entitled to receive; defining the term "ground rent"; providing for the prospective application of the Act; and generally relating to providing that a holder of a ground rent is entitled to reimbursement for specified expenses.
