Synopsis:

Establishing a statewide public information program on hepatitis A, B, and C education and prevention; providing for the purpose of the program; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to develop and implement a general public education and outreach program that includes specified information about hepatitis A, B, and C; requiring the program to emphasize measures that can be taken to prevent contracting hepatitis A, B, and C; requiring the Secretary to make use of mass media outlets; etc.
