Entitled:
Telework Tax Incentive Act

Synopsis:

Allowing a State income tax credit for expenses paid or incurred under a teleworking arrangement by an individual or employer for furnishings and electronic information equipment used to enable an individual to telework; limiting the credit allowed for each taxable year to $500 with respect to expenses paid by or on behalf of each individual who teleworks; limiting the credit to the amount of the State income tax; providing for the carry forward of unused credit to succeeding taxable years; etc.
