Establishing the Task Force to Study the Use of Chlorine in the Treatment of Drinking Water; providing for the membership of the task force; requiring the task force to study environmental and security issues surrounding the use of chlorine in drinking water, perform specified analyses, and make recommendations; requiring the task force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by May 31, 2003; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
