Establishing a Task Force to study the environmental and economic impact of climate change in Maryland; providing for the membership of the Task Force; providing for the duties of the Task Force; requiring the Maryland Energy Administration to coordinate the staffing of the Task Force; and requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2002.
