Anti-Terrorism Efforts - State Coordinator

Synopsis:

Requiring the Lieutenant Governor to act as State coordinator of anti-terrorism efforts in the counties and municipal corporations of the State; requiring the State coordinator to designate the sheriff's department or special forces of the police department as the primary local law enforcement agency to fight terrorism in the county or municipal corporation; and providing that the sheriff's department or special forces of the police department have specified powers.
