Synopsis:

Authorizing a public school to allow nonenrolled home-schooled and private school students to participate in public school sponsored extracurricular activities under specified circumstances; requiring public schools to give placement priority to students enrolled in the public school sponsoring the extracurricular activities over nonenrolled home-schooled and private school students if space limitations exist in those extracurricular activities; etc.
