Repealing specified provisions of law that relate to negligent or accidental activation of alarm systems; repealing specified provisions of law that relate to defective alarm systems; requiring specified law enforcement units to adopt specified regulations; requiring specified law enforcement units to treat specified information as confidential; providing that a local law supercedes specified provisions under specified circumstances; etc.
