Tax Credit Administration Act of 2002

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that the Job Creation Tax Credit be taken ratably for specified tax years; altering the time period within which specified taxpayers may carry forward excess credits for succeeding taxable years for specified tax credits; and altering specified reporting requirements for specified tax credits.
