Synopsis:

Providing legislative findings; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, in consultation with the Advisory Council on Hereditary and Congenital Disorders, to develop and implement a genetics and genetic biotechnology public education program, to locate the program within the current genetics program within the Department, and to collect and disburse any funds available to the program; requiring the Secretary to adopt regulations to implement the program; etc.
