Synopsis:

Establishing an Abbreviated Dialing Task Force in the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services with specified membership and duties; requiring the Task Force to study and develop recommendations on the implementation and use of N11 codes; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor, the Senate Finance Committee, and the House Environmental Matters Committee on or before December 31, 2003; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
