Entitled:
Procurement - Minority Business Preference - Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals

Synopsis:

Allowing specified individuals, including nonminority males, who meet specified criteria, including geographical criteria, to be certified as socially and economically disadvantaged individuals for minority business preference purposes; and requiring the Board of Public Works to adopt regulations for the certification of socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
