Teleworker Tax Credit Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Establishing a Teleworker Tax Credit Pilot Program in Frederick County, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County; allowing a credit against the State income tax for specified costs incurred by employers that provide specified teleworker benefits to employees; limiting the credit allowed for any taxable year for each eligible taxpayer to a specified maximum amount approved by the Secretary of Transportation; etc.
