Managed Care Organizations - Claim Payments and Late Fines

Synopsis:

Increasing the time that a managed care organization has to pay or respond to specified claims; and altering the late fine that a managed care organization must pay from $500 to a fine not exceeding $500 for each violation that is arbitrary and capricious, based on all available information, and the amount of the clean claim.
