Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to establish a statewide Telework Partnership with Employers Pilot Program; requiring the Secretary of Transportation to adopt guidelines and policies to administer the Pilot Program; requiring the Governor to provide money in the budget to assist in the development and the requirements of the Pilot Program; defining terms; and providing for the termination of the Act.
