Entitled:
Darrell Putman Compassionate Use Act

Synopsis:

Allowing specified individuals in prosecutions for the use or possession of marijuana, and in prosecutions involving drug paraphernalia related to marijuana, to introduce, and requiring the court to consider as a mitigating factor, any evidence of medical necessity under specified circumstances; establishing specified penalties under specified circumstances; and making provisions of the Act severable.
