Driver Improvement and Alcohol Education Programs and Point System Conferences - Private Providers

Synopsis:

Allowing the Motor Vehicle Administration to refuse to approve or to withdraw approval of private providers of point system conferences or alcohol education or driver improvement programs if the provider is found to be in serious violation of its approved contract with the Administration; and allowing a private provider to set a reasonable fee to be paid by an individual who attends a program or conference.
